The reasons that prevent you from applying to the facility are not: inconvenient access to the facility, writing out a prescription or dismissal. A home visit is a temporary help provided only on the day of notification and is aimed to establish a diagnosis and initiate treatment, while continuation of treatment and follow-up visits are already taking place at facilities indicated by LUX MED. In the case of a home visit, it is not possible to freely choose a doctor, and the medical dispatcher decides on the admission or refusal of a home visit based on the interview. Home visits are available within the administrative boundaries of cities and their surroundings, where there are facilities indicated by LUX MED for this service – detailed territorial coverage is described at www.luxmed.pl
